I'm planning to arrive in Belgium next month and I’m seriously considering booking BelDrive Taxi for my airport transfer from Brussels to Antwerp. Before I finalize the booking, I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has actually used their service recently.

My biggest concern is reliability, especially when it comes to airport pickups — I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past where drivers either didn’t show up or arrived too late, which caused a lot of stress. Since flights can often get delayed, I’m curious: Does BelDrive track your flight in real-time and adjust the pickup accordingly? Or do they charge extra if the flight is delayed?

Also, how was the overall experience in terms of:

• Punctuality (Did the driver arrive early or on time?)

• Comfort (What kind of vehicle were you picked up in? Was it clean and spacious?)

• Professionalism (Was the driver polite and helpful? Did they assist with luggage or offer anything extra like water or local tips?)
